Specialist consultants I work with

Summit Stream work is sometimes strengthened by bringing in a specialist with deep expertise in systems, operations, or human resources. These are the consultants I trust on client projects.

Founder/CEO, Kindred Systems and Automation Inc.

Charlee Sereda designs and implements the operational systems organizations rely on as they scale. Her work spans CRM and data infrastructure, program design, and workflow automation, with a focus on structures that hold up in practice rather than on paper. Orientation / Training

Ron Lambert

HR Consultant

Ron Lambert is a human resources professional based in Lethbridge, Alberta, whose work centres on workplace training, instruction, and new hire orientation.

Ron spent 17 years with Pratt and Whitney Canada, serving three of those years as Training Coordinator. In that role he helped create and deliver the company's two week New Hire Orientation program, which combined hands on technical instruction with cultural onboarding for incoming employees. He also carried the hiring side of that work, assessing resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates, which gave him a direct line of sight from selection through to a new employee's first weeks on the floor.

His formal training preparation includes a Skill Instructors Course, Train the Trainer certification, Team Development Training, Communication and Problem Solving Training, Workplace Health and Safety Auditor Training, and Standard First Aid and CPR. Most recently, as a Job Developer with Training Inc. from 2023 to 2025, he coached and prepared clients returning to the workforce.

Ron holds a Post Diploma Bachelor of Management in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations from the University of Lethbridge and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Lethbridge College. He is an Associate Member of CPHR Alberta.
